This paper is related to the Motivation and performance of Women Entrepreneurs in Kashmir Valley who establish their Small and Medium Entrepreneurs in Kashmir Valley. Knowledge, Skill, their talent and abilities among women’s in business and a gripping desire of doing something positive are the main reasons for the Women Entrepreneurs to organize industries. The Government of India has realized the importance of the Women Entrepreneurs and it offers various schemes for Women Entrepreneurs. As compare to men, women’s are less motivated to start their business units due to some unwanted fear, lack of motivation, family problems, lack of funds and kind of activities.
