Innovative Pyrazole Analogues as Applicable Termiticides: Synthesis, Characterization, and their Biological Evaluation

Abstract

Termites cause noteworthy destruction to buildings, household wood, and forestry, giving rise to economic losses. This study inspects existing pest controlling approaches by preparing synthetic organic compounds of pyrazole derivatives to moderate the hazards related with termites. The characterization of pyrazole compounds was done By FTIR, H1-NMR, C13-NMR and Mass spectrometry, followed by an inclusive assessment of their efficacy against termites. Via sequences of laboratory bioassays, it was disclosed that compound 13d and 13g exhibited best LC50 values 0.025 μg/ml and 5.62 μg/ml respectively for mortality of termites and proved very active anti-termite scaffold. The conclusions evoke that pyrazole rings have significant potency for developing eco-friendly anti-termite agents, suggesting a substitute to conventional insecticides; proved as pioneering solutions for controlling termites and propose the significance of searching heterocyclic compounds in agronomy.
