Abstract

Today's children are tomorrow's citizens. The Ministry of Education of India has adopted various schemes for the development of the citizens. Our country will be prosperous and only if we can give proper education to the children through proper guidance. Education is the second birth. Education is the first step to enter a better spiritual life. The mention of the old Indian Scriptures is also found in the Indian Scriptures. Every civilized world acknowledges the importance of education. The place of education of every state and society is very important. One of the main components of the education system of any country is the curriculum. As the country's education, the education system of the country is also better and scientific. The importance of the curriculum in the formation of advanced civilization is immense. The curriculum is the way to reach the goal of the students. Therefore, just as the Vedic education system was once centered on the Vedas, so was the Muslim Madrasa education system centered on the Holy Qur'an. Co-curricular activities are a part of the curriculum. It helps the students to develop body-mind and spirit. Therefore, the importance of co-curricular activities has increased along with the curriculum. In order to educate a large number of illiterate people in a developing country like India, education needs to be extensively organized and its quality needs to be continuously improved and changed. Secondary education is needed for this reform and change, because secondary education serves as a bridge between primary and higher education. In order to conduct this secondary education properly, a society-centered education centered curriculum is required as well as co-curricular activities suitable for the students and educational expertise is required for its evaluation. In West Bengal, schools and   Madrasa are run separately. There is considerable variation in curriculum and co-curricular activities in these two types of education systems. Almost all curricula and co-curricular activities of school education include Madrasa education. Theology can only be observed in the case of the Islamic standard Madrasa education system.
